Sumaira, Azra and Ruby live in “The Wives Condos” in the suburbs of Toronto with their children while their husbands work in other countries. They initially meet at potluck lunches, a weekly guilt-free escape from the loneliness of immigrant life. At first glance, they seem to be living perfect lives, but when their carefully crafted façades crumble, they form friendships with bonds stronger than a family's.  

SECOND CHANCE, HINA!

 

Hina has been living the life of a suburban mom when an accidental brush with Cricket rekindles an ardent passion for the game. As things get serious and she has an opportunity to be a part of the National team, she, her husband, and her kid have to find ways to cope with her increasing absence at home, leading to sometimes bitter, sometimes sweet, and often chaotic moments. Hina has a second chance at winning at the game and in life- will she be able to take it? 

BUS RIDE

 

A newly immigrated woman grapples with the reality that her 12 year old daughter has adapted much faster to the new culture than herself. In an attempt to affirm herself, she goes on to deliver her daughter's forgotten lunch.
